CLUB MEMBERSHIP - TERMS & CONDITIONS

Membership offer: $9.99 per week for 20% off eligible purchases while membership is active. No lock-in contract. Members may cancel in accordance with the cancellation process provided by Ezy Deanz.

1. About the Ezy Deanz Club

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Ezy Deanz Club membership program. By joining the Ezy Deanz Club, the member agrees to these Terms & Conditions. Membership benefits are available only while the membership is active and payments are up to date.

2. Membership Fee and Recurring Billing

The membership fee is $9.99 per week and is charged automatically using the payment method provided by the member until the membership is cancelled or otherwise ends. The recurring nature and amount of the membership fee will be disclosed at sign-up. If a payment fails, membership benefits may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

3. Individual Membership - No Sharing

Membership is personal to the individual registered as the member and is not transferable. Only the registered member may present or use the membership to obtain the Ezy Deanz Club discount. A member may purchase goods for their household, family or other people, provided the registered member is personally making the purchase and using their own membership.

Members must not lend, share, transfer or provide their membership card, QR code, account, login or other membership identifier to another person for that person to obtain membership benefits. Ezy Deanz may request reasonable verification that the person using the membership is the registered member.

4. Membership Misuse

Ezy Deanz may reasonably suspend or cancel a membership where it reasonably believes the membership has been shared, transferred, used fraudulently, used for resale or commercial exploitation, or otherwise deliberately misused. Where appropriate, Ezy Deanz may contact the member to clarify suspected misuse before taking action.

5. 20% Member Discount

An active member is entitled to 20% off eligible purchases made at Ezy Deanz, subject to these Terms & Conditions and any clearly disclosed exclusions. The discount is calculated on the eligible selling price applying at the time of purchase.

6. Excluded Purchases

The member discount does not apply to excluded products or transactions. Exclusions may include tobacco and nicotine products, gift cards and vouchers, prepaid products, lottery or agency products (where applicable), postage or similar agency services, delivery or service fees, and products specifically marked 'No Further Discount' or 'Member Discount Excluded'. Other exclusions may apply where required by law, supplier conditions or the nature of the transaction.

Ezy Deanz will aim to keep exclusions limited and will clearly communicate material exclusions to customers.

7. Specials and No Further Discount Items

Unless otherwise stated, eligible products may receive the member discount even when they are on an ordinary Ezy Deanz special. However, selected heavily discounted, cost-price, promotional or loss-leader products may be marked 'No Further Discount' or 'Member Discount Excluded'. The additional 20% member discount will not apply to those clearly identified products.

8. No Discount Stacking

The Ezy Deanz Club discount cannot be combined or stacked with another percentage discount, coupon, promotional code, staff discount or similar offer unless Ezy Deanz expressly states that the offers can be combined. Where more than one non-stackable offer is available, Ezy Deanz may apply the eligible offer that provides the customer with the better price.

9. Personal and Household Purchasing

Ezy Deanz Club is intended for normal personal and household purchasing. Ezy Deanz may refuse to apply the member discount to quantities that it reasonably believes are being purchased for resale, commercial supply or exploitation of the membership offer. Reasonable household bulk purchases by the registered member are permitted.

10. Authentication at Checkout

To receive the member discount, the member must have an active membership and successfully authenticate their membership using the verification method made available by Ezy Deanz. This may include a mobile number, QR code, membership account or another approved method. Ezy Deanz may request reasonable proof of identity where necessary to prevent membership sharing or misuse.

11. Discounts on Completed Transactions

Members should authenticate their membership before the transaction is completed. Membership discounts will not normally be applied retrospectively where a member forgets to authenticate or identify themselves as a member before payment. This does not limit any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Pausing Membership

Where the membership platform supports pausing, members may pause their membership using the process provided by Ezy Deanz. Membership fees and benefits will operate according to the pause settings disclosed to the member. No member discount applies while the membership is paused or otherwise inactive.

13. Cancelling Membership

There is no lock-in contract. Members may cancel their membership using the cancellation process provided by Ezy Deanz. Cancellation stops future recurring membership charges in accordance with the timing disclosed during the cancellation process. Benefits may continue until the end of any already-paid membership period, depending on the subscription system in use.

14. Membership Fee Refunds

Membership fees already charged are generally not refundable for change of mind or where the member simply did not use the membership during a paid period. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any refund, cancellation or other right the member may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

15. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Rights

Purchases made using an Ezy Deanz Club discount remain subject to Ezy Deanz's normal returns procedures and the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or any other rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Changes to Membership

Ezy Deanz may reasonably change the membership fee, benefits, exclusions, operating rules or these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Where a change materially disadvantages existing members, Ezy Deanz will provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect where practicable. Members may cancel if they do not wish to continue under a material change.

17. Suspension or Ending the Program

Ezy Deanz may suspend or discontinue the Ezy Deanz Club program for legitimate business, legal, technical or operational reasons. Where practicable, reasonable notice will be provided to affected members. Any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law, continue to apply.

18. Technical Issues

From time to time, membership verification, payment or point-of-sale systems may be unavailable due to technical issues. Ezy Deanz will take reasonable steps to resolve such issues. Any response to a failed verification or system outage will be handled in accordance with Ezy Deanz's staff procedures and applicable consumer law.

19. Privacy

Personal information collected for membership administration, payment, verification and communications will be handled in accordance with Ezy Deanz's privacy practices and applicable privacy laws. Payment information may also be processed by third-party payment or subscription providers under their applicable terms and privacy policies.

20. Contact and Governing Law

The membership is operated by Ezy Deanz in New South Wales, Australia. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in New South Wales and Australia. Membership enquiries, cancellations or complaints may be directed to Ezy Deanz using the contact details published on the Ezy Deanz website or provided in-store.
